KargoX AI is a freight marketplace operated by KargoX. Public registration is available for customers, transport companies, and freight forwarders. Admin accounts are provisioned separately.

The platform is in staged production readiness. Matching and pricing guidance are heuristic unless a live model is explicitly configured. Shipment tracking uses device GPS only after an assigned driver starts location sharing on an eligible job; simulated positions are not used in production. When Stripe is configured, booking payments are taken through Stripe Checkout. Stripe TEST remains in use until live charging is explicitly enabled. Sandbox payment confirmation is disabled in staging and production.

You must provide accurate account details, keep login credentials confidential, and only access shipments, documents, and bids that belong to your organisation. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to bypass access controls.

Marketplace bookings, bids, and documents stored in the connected database are the operational record. Local browser cache is not the contract of carriage.
