Privacy notice

Account data: email address, name, phone, company details, role, and account status stored in Supabase Auth and profiles.

Operational data: shipments, bids, bookings, in-app messages, ratings, documents you upload, in-app notifications, and support enquiries sent through the contact form.

Payments: when Stripe is configured, card checkout is handled by Stripe. KargoX stores booking amounts, payment status, and Stripe identifiers needed to reconcile the booking. KargoX does not store full card numbers.

Location: an assigned driver may share device location after starting the journey to pickup. Those updates are stored for the job and shown only to the assigned driver, the winning carrier, the shipment customer or forwarder, and authorised admin staff. Location sharing is not public.

Contact form messages are emailed to hello@kargox.co.uk with your address used only as Reply-To.

We use session cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not currently run third-party advertising pixels. Hosting, database, and authentication are provided by our cloud vendors (including Vercel when hosted there, and Supabase).
